We have a few contact options to ensure you can easily contact us.

You can contact us via our contact form here. While the form is on the longer side, it does provide us with all the information we need to get started.


WhatsApp


We use a secure version of WhatsApp Business which allows us to speak to clients and exchange information quickly rather than waiting on replies back and forth via email.

Contacting us on WhatsApp is quick, is easy and is free. You can also message us on WhatsApp by opening WhatsApp, clicking on the (+) icon, scrolling down to ‘Businesses’, select ‘Government and Public Service’ and then select ‘Welfare Scotland’.

If you are a user of BSL in Scotland and you would like to call us and communicate with us using BLS, you can do so here.

We do not operate a public advice line and do not accept calls except from clients who have been allocated a caseworker and who we are actively assisting.

If you have a caseworker or you are contacting us in reply to a letter or email we have sent to you - you can call us on 0300 075 0195.

If you use a Textphone or Minicom, you can contact us at 1800103000750195.

To support our work and ensure we can help as many people as possible, please do not take up the limited time and resources we have by making any sales or marketing approaches unless we have asked you to. We will not engage with any sales calls.
